Airtightness & Ventilation Testing (AVT)

We carry out airtightness and ventilation tests on all building types, including houses, flats, bungalows, commercial properties, and retrofit projects. Our technicians seal potential leakage points such as extractor hoods, exhausts, and close window vents before testing.

With water and electricity active, we measure the airflow needed to maintain a set pressure difference between inside and outside, determining the building’s air leakage rate. This data is essential for assessing energy efficiency, as higher air permeability leads to greater heat loss, higher energy costs, and reduced indoor air quality.
